Patient feedback

Your comments and suggestions are important to us. We welcome both positive and negative feedback to tell us what we are doing right, but also what areas of our patient service we can improve upon.

Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.

Complaints

The GP Partners and all staff at Woodhouse Health Centre strive to deliver high-quality patient care at all times, and in all areas of contact with the patient or patient’s representative.  We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Practice.

However, we are aware things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and amicably as possible. For example, it might be possible to deal with the issue straight away if you are comfortable raising it informally with a member of our Reception Team.

If you would prefer to make a more formal complaint, please use the link below for further information.
